We brought the essence of a hundred-year legacy right to you. In every region, every bowl tells a story—a story about joy and flavors we couldn’t wait to share with the world.

Our name, our vibe.
“Noodee” is our playful nod to noodles, and “Loong” comes from the Chinese character 龙/龍(pronounced /lɔ:ŋ/), a modern version of “dragon”, but much more approachable, friendly & trendy.
Our brand mark brings it altogether to life: a Loong with a noodle body coiled into a bold circle -young, cool, smiling, and full of spirit. It’s our way our commitment, to bring the great Chinese noodles closer to you, to be part of your daily meals, to embrace how you feel.
We grew up slurping bowls from Sichuan spicy streets, Yunnan mountain markets, and the noisy noodle stalls of Shaanxi, ...
But when we moved abroad... we saw instant noodles with no real toppings, "fake" Chinese flavors, sad frozen meals labeled "Asian-inspired" that missed the mark, and overpriced takeout that just hurt. We knew noodles should be a lot better. And you too, deserve a lot better!
So we teamed up with chefs in bustling city alleys, grandmas in foggy mountain villages, and Chinese noodle masters in time-honored restaurants, and poured all that soul, all that craft, and all that heritage skills into a meal you can make anywhere in minutes.
