"make it your own" guide
We designed our noodles to let you experience the real taste of China — right from your kitchen. While export rules mean we can’t include meat (for now 😉), we strongly recommend adding your favorite protein to unlock the full, authentic flavor.
It’s the way we enjoy it back home, and we can’t wait for you to taste it too.

Rice noodles have been rooted in Mengzi, Yunnan since the late 1800s, locals discovered that fresh chicken broth and wild mushrooms create an unmatched umami harmony — a wisdom refined through generations.
In this tradition, locals forage wild mountain mushrooms (porcini, matsutake, etc.) and slow-simmer fresh chicken into a broth.
The result is a bright yet deeply savory flavor in which tender, savory chicken meets aromatic mushrooms, creating a clean, soul-warming taste that’s both comforting and naturally nourishing.
