Yunnan Rice Noodles — Classic Yunnan Mushroom Flavor

① Stovetop (≈ 4 min)​​

Step1. Add tofu puffs, paste, mushroom (PACKET 2 3 & 5) into a pot. Add 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2. Once boiling, add rice noodles, mixed vegetables (PACKET 1 & 4) and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3. Add your favorite toppings. Stir well and enjoy!

② Microwave (≈ 8 min)​​
Step 1. Add all PACKETS into a big enough microwave-safe bowl.
Step 2. Add 400 mL of hot water (90°C / 194°F or higher) to cover the ingredients.
Stpe 3. Microwave on HIGH for about 7 minutes*. Stir well and enjoy! 
*Microwave ovens may vary. Adjust cook times as needed.
⚠️ CAUTION: Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave — it’s very HOT! Use oven mitts.

Step 2. Add 400 mL of hot water (90°C / 194°F or higher) to cover the ingredients.

Step 0. Prepare your protein first — quickly blanch or stir-fry your thinly sliced chicken breast until just cooked through. Set aside.
Step 1. Add tofu puffs, paste, mushroom (PACKET 2 3 & 5) into a pot. Add 500 mL (2 cups) of cold water. Bring to a boil.
Step 2. Once boiling, add rice noodles, mixed vegetables (PACKET 1 & 4) and cook for 1 minute.
Step 3. Add your pre-cooked chicken, and let it sit for 30 seconds to absorb the flavors.
Step 4. Add your favorite toppings. Stir well and enjoy!
