Stovetop (≈ 7 min)​​
Step 1. Bring 1500 mL(6 cups) of water to a boil in a pot. Add noodles, tofu puffs(PACKET 1 & 5) and cook for 5 minutes. 
Step 2. Add mixed vegetables(PACKET 4) and cook for 1 more minute. Drain thoroughly.
Step 3. Stir in paste, pre-cooked vegetables(PACKET 2 & 3) over low heat for 40 seconds. Enjoy!
⚠️CAUTION: Handle with care. Contents will be VERY HOT!

Made from high-gluten wheat dough and often paired with thinly sliced beef or chicken, this dish embodies hearty, down-to-earth northern flavors.

The noodles are springy and satisfying, coated in a rich, savory sauce that highlights the natural sweetness of wheat and the umami depth of meat — a comforting, protein-balanced meal rooted in centuries of culinary wisdom.

Step 2. Add mixed vegetables(PACKET 4) and cook for 1 more minute. Drain thoroughly.
Step 3. Return everything to the pot. Add the cooked chicken.
